Limited Warranty
The KaisarBrand limited warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase from our website or at an authorized Kaisar dealer or web reseller. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Kaisarbrand.com or the authorized KaisarBrand dealer or web reseller. The product will be repaired, or replaced, if, upon inspection, KaisarBrand finds it to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility and wrong size.
WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS
1) Proof of purchase from retailer or kaisarbrand.com shop.
2) A photo showing us how it’s broken.
3) Your address, as warranty service for non-UK customers is managed by our local dealers and distributors in order to provide the best quality service and support.
Once we receive this information we will review coverage under our warranty and get back to you on the next steps as business permits.
International Warranty
For all international warranty issues, they can be taken directly back to the dealer to see if they fall under warranty since we do not ship internationally. Contacting the dealer near you will also help get the issue addressed fastest and most convenient for you.
THE OBLIGATIONS OF KAISAR BRAND HERE UNDER ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS OF THE PRODUCT FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL KAISAR BRAND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TIME, WAGES OR LOST PROFITS, OF ANY NATURE OR KIND OR FOR DAMAGES TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY. In addition, KAISAR BRAND reserves the right to modify, refine, or improve its products and parts including making substitutions, without incurring any responsibility to modify, exchange, replace or repair any parts or products to meet prior specifications. This limited warranty does not cover circumstances beyond KAISAR BRAND's control. This warranty does not apply when failure is due to shipping damage, accident, alteration, modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, use with incompatible accessories or attachments. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF KAISAR BRAND WITH REGARD TO KAISAR BRAND PRODUCTS AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE. Specific rights might vary by state or other jurisdiction so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
The Limited Warranty set forth herein constitutes the entire warranty and representation of KAISAR BRAND with regard to the KAISAR BRAND products. This Limited Warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices which may be executed in connection with the purchase of any KAISAR BRAND products or parts. NO representation or warranty made by any KAISAR BRAND salesperson, dealer, agent, representative or employee shall be binding upon KAISAR BRAND other than as set forth herein.
